Located in Pingshan District ,Shenzhen, our factory spans 2,000 square meters. Equipped with advanced production machinery and a professional technical team, we have grown to become a renowned provider of mold manufacturing and injection molding solutions in the industry.
Mold Design and Manufacturing: Our experienced mold design team uses advanced CAD/Solidwork etc software to offer one-stop services from concept design to finished product manufacturing. Our molds cover various fields including automotive, electronics, home appliances, and medical devices, ensuring high precision, quality, and durability.
Injection Molding: The company is equipped with numerous advanced injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 50 tons to 1000 tons, catering to diverse customer needs. We excel in producing a variety of plastic products, including engineering plastics, high-temperature plastics, and specialty functional plastics.
Product Assembly and Secondary Processing: In addition to mold design and injection molding, we offer parts plating, product assembly, painting, printing, and ultrasonic welding services, ensuring that products can quickly enter the market.
